• Payment information — listing plan selection and Stripe payment session identifiers. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration dates; all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
• Wish list information — product categories and notes you save to your buyer wish list.
• Communications — messages you send through the Contact page or buyer inquiry forms.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

• Create and manage your seller account and profile.
• Process listing submissions, review ads for compliance, and publish approved listings.

3. Seller Anonymity

Sellers on Lockgistics are anonymous to buyers until a seller chooses to move forward with a sale. Your personal contact details — including your name, company name, phone number, email address, and location — are not displayed publicly on your listing. Buyers may submit inquiries through the platform, and you retain full control over whether and how to respond.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site, including Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and file storage), and Manus (authentication services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process, such as a court order or government request.
• Protection of rights — we may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lockgistics, our users, or the public.
